Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Simpleefied.ai (“SureMove”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SureMove relocation-decision application at https://suremove-pwa.azurewebsites.net.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, and a password if you register with email.
• Sign-in via a provider: if you sign in with Microsoft, Google, or Facebook, we receive your name and email address from that provider through Microsoft Entra External ID. We never receive your provider password.
• Profile & preferences: the persona you choose, interests, lifestyle and sport preferences, and comparison criteria such as budget, current location, household details, and dependents – only what you enter.
• Résumé uploads: if you upload a résumé, we store the file and extract skills and industry information from it to match you with relevant job listings.
• Comparisons & favourites: the locations you compare and save, and the generated results.
• Technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To generate relocation comparisons, scores, and summaries based on the criteria you provide.
• To match your résumé against job listings where you ask us to.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Third-party services we share data with

We use the following processors to deliver the service. We share only the data each one needs, and we do not sell your personal information.

• Microsoft Azure – hosting, database, and file storage for your account, comparisons, and résumé uploads.
• Microsoft Entra External ID – authentication, including brokering Google/Facebook sign-in where you choose it.
• Azure Maps – geocoding and map imagery for the locations you search.
• Adzuna – job listings; receives search terms derived from your résumé and preferences.
• Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap – climate and lifestyle data; receive location coordinates only, not your identity.
• Anthropic (Claude) – generates plain-language location summaries; receives location data, not your personal identity.

Data storage, security & retention

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and protected in transit using TLS. We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it as described on our Data Deletion page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at infor@simpleefied.ai.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (session and CSRF cookies set by our authentication system). We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

SureMove is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
