These Terms govern your use of the SureMove application operated by Simpleefied.ai(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SureMove, you agree to these Terms.

The service

SureMove is a decision-support tool that compares locations across cost, housing, career, climate, and lifestyle factors to help you think through a potential move. It is not professional financial, legal, real-estate, or relocation advice. Some figures are estimates or drawn from third-party data and may be incomplete or out of date; where a metric cannot be verified we mark it as unavailable. Always verify important details independently before making decisions.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use SureMove.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate any law or another person’s rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as your preferences and any résumé you upload). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The SureMove application, branding, and content (excluding your content and third-party data) are owned by Simpleefied.ai and protected by applicable laws.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You rely on the outputs at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simpleefied.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using SureMove and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
